Includes updated flight dynamics, added the other three wheels, changed the smoke effects, made the center canopy divider narrower to see a bit better, changed the size and possition of the GPS, added a nav/GPS switch, a trim gauge, a HUD, and changed the autopilot. The VC works OK in FS2004, but has a black partition in front of the gauges in FSX. This is the whole aircraft. By Bob Chicilo.

arrow10.zip flightsim.com	FS98	Avro Canada CF-105 Arrow Mk 1 RL 201. An all Canadian design, the CF-105 Arrow was the most advanced fighter interceptor of the 1950's. The Mk 1 was a pre-production prototype powered by J-75's as the Orenda Iroquois engines of Canadian design weren't ready yet. The aircraft first flew in March 1958. The aircraft here, RL 201, was the first Arrow to fly. A total of five Mk1's flew before the untimely cancellation of the project in Feb 1959. by Keith Clifford/Pegasus Aircraft Design

The Mk 2 the first Orenda Iroquois engine equipped version. The aircraft depicted here, RL 206, was to be the first Mk 2 to fly. This update corrects the problem of overspeed at low altitude so it will only overspeed in a dive at low altitude, while still achieving Mach 2.9 at 37,000 feet. It also fixes the trim so it is easier to manually trim the plane and fixes the elevator so the plane doesn't overstress so easily. By Bob Chicilo.

This high performance version of the "Arrow" has two 500 lb thrust engines to allow it to reach Mach under the correct conditions (downhill, low altitude, and with a tailwind). As a result, the handling is touchy during some transitional speeds (300 - 450 knots.) This (unfortunately) is about typical for this size and mass aircraft, especially close to super sonic speeds.
