2003 February 27: Crashed on take-off from HMCS Iroquois (DDH-280), back onto the flight deck during an emergency recovery, after a single engine failure. Rolled onto its Starboard side, spilling its fuel tanks, plus 2200 rounds of 7.62mm ammunition. Ship was 100km south east of Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada, en route to the Arabian Sea for Operation Apollo. She returned to , Nova Scotia, Canada, where the airframe was recovered by crane.[RWR Walker]
2004 December: Designated as a training aid, returned to CAF.[RWR Walker]
