| 1968 February: Ordered by RCAF.[RWR Walker] 1970 February 19: First hover flight at Cartierville, Quebec, Canada, by company pilot W. Langford.[RWR Walker] 1970 - 1971 Winter: Modified at Canadair.[RWR Walker] 1971: Joint Canadair / CAF testing included external stores dropping and gun firing at Nicolet range, Quecbec, Canada.[RWR Walker] 1972 Early: Demonstrated in Washington, District of Columbia, United States.[RWR Walker] 1972 February 17: Operated from USS Guam by Canadair pilot and USN co-pilot. "Buzzed" the ship, including roll, at end of trials.[RWR Walker] 1972 October - 1973 January: Used to train flight crew from CAF, USN and Royal Aircraft Establishment.[RWR Walker] 1973 July 12: Used in tripartite avionics test program at USN Naval Air Test Center, Patuxent River, Maryland, United States.[RWR Walker] 1973 August 8: Lost at Patuxent River, Maryland, United States, after port propeller gearbox failure in flight. USN and USMC pilots ejected, with minor injuries.[RWR Walker] | ||||||||||||
